Successful Deployment at Résidences des Chutes
For the last few months, these two senior’s residences in the Quebec region have used Shift Solution to manage staff schedules and workforce planning for more than 80 employees.
Thanks to Shift Solution, these 24-hour-a-day health-care establishments have succeeded in reducing the time allocated to schedule planning by 80%. This is a change that has not only been beneficial to residence management, but to the staff as a whole.

The AMT chooses Horasphere’s Scheduling Software
Horasphere’s team is happy to announce it’s collaboration with the Agence Métropolitaine de Transport (AMT). The government agency was created in the middle of the 90’s in order to develop the public transport network of the Montreal region and its suburbs.
Concerned about customer satisfaction, the agency now uses the Shift Solution Software in order to simplify the management of the employees’ schedules for its customer service departement.
The AMT will now be able to assign the right person at the right place at the right time!
